Antiques 11-22-08

On the way down to Nara we stopped at this temple. It has been added on to over the ages but the oldest part dates from the Heian period, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heian_period , roughly 1,000 years old. It is the most beautiful at this time of year.
